Best aspects include the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and staff. Our room was very clean, and the hotel offered many amenities such as bicycles for rent and fruit picking activities. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. parking was easy to find.

The hotel offered fruit picking and a mini water park that kept the kids entertained. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. Plus, we enjoyed a great view of either the mountains or the volcano in the background.
It was crowded and took forever to check-in at the reception. , the room was old and shabby and we had to call for a buggy to move around the sprawling resort, but it was never reliable.

Wow, what a beautiful place to spend with the family! the cottages are cozy and have great facilities, including a small living area and a nice verandah to enjoy the amazing view. the breakfast was standard but good enough to start the day. the best aspect of this place is the fruit farm in the backyard, complete with animals and horse riding service. Plus, the free tickets were a bonus!
Some aspects of this place were not ideal. for those who have walking difficulties, the hike to the cottages might be challenging.

If you're looking to connect with nature, this is a great place to stay. the rooms and cottages are very nice, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views. There are many facilities like pools, tennis courts, and water slides. the breakfast is delicious and the staff is generally helpful.
Some restaurants could use some improvement, with tables sometimes left uncleared for too long.
